You hand us something private. So here is the whole of it.

What we collect

Only two kinds of things: what you type into the form, and what you choose to write in your own words.

• Required: your name, your email, your date of birth
• Optional: time of birth (leave it blank if you do not know), gender
• What you write: up to three questions, the worst moment, the area you want to focus on, and your current mood score
• Delivery records: order time, order number, generation status

What we do with it

One thing: produce your report and get it to you.

Your email does two jobs: it is how the report reaches you, and it is the key that reopens your order page (the page needs email + order number before it shows any files). We do not send marketing email.

Birth details are used only for the chart calculation. Your report never shows your email.

Who can see it

Four processors, all of them needed to make the report. There is no fifth:

① Our own server (generates and stores the report); ② the AI writing provider — it sees your question text and the chart facts it must stay consistent with; ③ the speech provider — it sees only the short calming script extracted from your report; ④ the email provider — it sees only your address and the delivery link.

We do not sell it, do not run ads, do not build profiles, and do not use third-party analytics to track you.

How long we keep it

Your report and your input: deleted 90 days after delivery. A scheduled job removes them; you do not have to ask.

After that, the order link and the download links stop working. If you want it for good, save the PDF to your own device within 90 days.

Plainly: we do not keep a permanent archive of you.

What you can ask for

Any of these takes one email. No reason needed, no forms, no process:

• See what we hold about you — we export it and send it to you
• Correct something (a wrong birth time, for example) — we fix it, and redo the report if needed
• Delete it — we delete it and reply to confirm

What we never do

These are not slogans; they are rules enforced in the pipeline — text that breaks them cannot enter a delivered file.

• No medical, psychological, legal or financial judgement, and no substitute for a doctor, counsellor, or lawyer
• No prediction of specific events: death, accidents, illness, lawsuits, bankruptcy
• No promises about outcomes
• We do not use your information to train models
• We do not sell or trade your personal data to anyone

Cookies and jurisdiction

This site sets one cookie: your language choice (Chinese / English). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

If you are in the EU or UK: we process your information as necessary to perform our contract with you, and you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and complain. For personalised digital goods delivered immediately with your consent, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply by law — but if the report does not land, we will still redo it or refund you. That part is our choice, not a legal duty.
